Torpedo Factory Studio Now Open!

Lynn has moved into a studio at the Torpedo factory along with Tamara of Wirealm and Tracy of Recycled Works!

The Torpedo Factory holds 132 artists on their artist list, and they're open from 1oam to 6pm daily (with the exception of some holidays). Masks are optional, and artists can set their own hours. Lynn, Tamara and Tracy will be available in shifts.

Lynn will be at the Torpedo Factory Thursdays from 10pm to 4pm.

The studio number is 227 and can be accessed from the front entrance, by going up the spiral staircase at the end of the left hall, and it's the studio with the turquoise wall. There is also a map available immediately to the right of the front entrance.

New Workshop!

Have you ever wanted to make your own leather mask? Now is your opportunity!

Sunday, October 23rd at 6pm at the Del Ray Artisans Gallery

by Lynn Fernandez, the leather artist here at NowBraceYourself!

They will be teaching from 6-9 pm for a maximum of 8 participants, so if you're interested, grab your spot! Please be aware that leather uses very sharp tools, so anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

If you're a Del Ray Artisans member, it's $35, if not $45, with an additional $25 supply fee. This includes genuine leather as well as longlasting leather dyes and paints, and ribbon or cord to attach your mask. Make something for your Halloween costume, something for a masquerade ball, something for the renaissance fair, or simply something to hang on your wall!
